Guarantee

Your Poincaré watch has been designed to withstand the test of time, so that you can use it throughout your life, whatever your activities. We offer you the possibility to extend your guarantee up to 8 years. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any spare part and/or we will repair any defect detected by our services.

For this, however, you will need to take care of it and maintain it on a regular basis. We recommend having the water resistance checked every year and carrying out a complete service every 4 years, in our partner boutiques, or by contacting Poincaré.

All other rights resulting from improper performance of our services are expressly excluded. This guarantee does not cover normal wear or damage caused by accidents, lack of care or negligence. This guarantee is void if work is carried out on the watch by persons not authorized or affiliated with Poincaré.

Your personal information will be processed by Poincaré in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purposes of providing you with services such as your guarantee and to keep you informed of upcoming Poincaré events and collections.
