Please read Poincaré Terms of Use carefully before using our official platforms (online, offline, mobile, social medias, boutiques, events, phone). By using these official platforms, you signify your agreement to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to continue to use these platforms.
Hosting Services for our websites are provided by our provider based in Switzerland.

At any time, we may update these Terms of Use. When we do, we will publish the changes on our website. By continuing to use our platforms, you agree to be bound by the terms of these amendments.

Poincaré has created different Platforms to provide information and communication about its company and products for your personal use. Whilst many efforts have been made to ensure that the representations of Poincaré products displayed on our platforms are representative of the general design, style, colors, etc. of the original products, small differences and distortions may be apparent when compared to the original products. This may be due to technical issues such as your settings, screen, etc. The images presented on our platforms are not contractual thereby. Accordingly, Poincaré cannot be held liable for any apparent differences in the product images represented on our platforms and the original products. We recommend you to visit our physical points of sale and boutiques before making a purchase online or by phone.

You have right to download on one computer or on your mobile device, the material made available to you via our platforms for your own non-commercial, educational, private or domestic use only, provided that proprietary notices, in particular intellectual property notices such as copyrights, are preserved intact and are not modified, deleted or changed. Unless otherwise stated, you should assume that everything that you see or read on our platforms (such as general images, people, photos, illustrations, texts, videos, music, texts and all other Poincaré materials are protected by legislation such as copyright and designs legislation and under international and national laws and treaties. In case of breach of any of these Terms of Use, your permission to use Poincaré materials will automatically terminate and any copies made of Poincaré materials must be immediately destroyed. Any unauthorized use of Poincaré materials may infringe copyright laws, laws of privacy, publicity and communication regulations and statutes.

Any unsolicited communications or material that you transmit to Poincaré, any data, comments, suggestions, or the like will be treated as non-confidential by Poincaré. It is conceivable that Poincaré may already be working on similar concepts and creations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Poincaré does its best to include accurate and current informations on its official platforms, it makes no warranties or representations regarding the content of the platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poincaré will in no way be liable for direct, indirect, accidental, consecutive losses of data, income or profits, punitive damages or third party claims resulting from the use, access or the inability to use the informations offered on our platforms or any damage resulting from the use of our platforms. Poincaré assumes no responsibility and will not be liable for damage or viruses that could infect your digital equipment or other property due to your access, use or navigation of our platforms or downloading of documents from our platforms.
The invalidity of any term, condition or provision of the Terms of Use will not affect the enforceability of these parts of the Terms of Use deemed enforceable by the applicable courts.

Poincaré is not responsible for the content of any platforms linked to or from our platforms. Linking to any other platform is entirely at a user’s own risk. Poincaré makes no representations and disclaims all warranties, express and implied, as to the accuracy, validity, suitability, legality or otherwise of any materials or information contained on such platforms.

JURIDICTION

Any dispute relating to the content or the use of our platforms will be governed by the laws of Switzerland and the jurisdiction and place of any action of this type will be attributed only to the ordinary courts of the canton of Geneva.
