AUTHENTICATE
Each Poincaré watch benefits from a dedicated unique identification number. You can thus authenticate your watch at any time, or take it to our after-sales services so that they can check its authenticity.
RESTORE
In the event of significant damage due to an accident, for example, our after-sales services can restore or replace the damaged elements, in order to restore it to the performance and shine of the first days.

La confection de nos bracelets Alligator est exclusivement réalisée à Genève. Le cuir d’Alligator du Mississipi bénéficie du plus haut niveau de traçabilité dans la filière cuir, soumis à des exigences strictes relevant de la Convention de Washington.
L’utilisation des peaux d’alligators a permis la mise en place d’un fonds dédié à un programme gouvernemental pour assurer le maintien de leur espèce.
Régulièrement cité comme un succès par les Nations-Unies et les associations de protection des animaux, ce programme permet aux autorités, biologistes et ONG de mettre en place les actions indispensables afin d’assurer le renouvellement de l’espèce, l’entretien de son habitat naturel et sa bonne cohabitation avec l’homme et l’environnement.
Where to drop off your watch
By becoming the owner of a Poincaré, you will have access from your secure Owners Club space to the after-sales service closest to your home. You can also ask the questions you want or make an appointment directly via your personal space. Finally, if you wish, you can have your watch delivered to us by our carrier service, directly to our Maison in Geneva, for its maintenance or a complete service.
